WP9 Statistical MT systems

Description

Phrase-based statistical MT systems are to be built up for the following language pairs (each in both directions): Russian ↔ English, Ukrainian ↔ English, Ukrainian ↔ German, Russian ↔ Ukrainian. As described in WP 8, large parallel corpora are required and dictionaries have to be derived from them by conducting a sentence and a word alignment
